* [b]Japanese:[/b] あやややや〜 [Ayayayaya] Catchphrase associated with [[Shameimaru Aya]], a character from the [[Touhou]] series, as well as [[Kujou Karen]] from [[Kin-iro Mosaic]]. It is presumably the sound of the husky caw of a [[crow]]. The catchphrase was inspired by her opening line in [[Mountain of Faith]]. In Karen's case, the catchphrase is the nickname she gives to [[Komichi Aya]]. The original line from the game has exactly four [i]'ya[/i]s. In fanart, the number of trailing [i]'ya[/i]s vary, depending on Aya's emotional state. h6. Use on Danbooru * Any character clearly seen (heard) to be uttering the phrase (Japanese: あややや〜), whether in speech bubble or not. h4. See Also * [[Shameimaru Aya]] * [[tag group:meme]] h4.
