This tag is used to show characters that are in an emotional state of fear, and can be used in either a humorous or serious fashion. Characteristics include [[trembling]], wide eyes, [[tears]], [[cowering]], and in extreme cases, contracted pupils and a general sense of great danger approaching the character.

For jumpy, sudden scares (such as "BOO!" moments), use the [[surprised]] tag.
