1999 anime feature film directed by Hiroyuki Okiura and writed by [[Oshii Mamoru]] and based Oshii's [b]Kerberos Saga[/b] universe. Set in an [[alternative timeline]] where Japan joined the Allies instead of the Axis during World War 2, Germany defeated the Soviet Union due to the assassination of Adolf Hitler and power armor called Protect Gears, and later occupy Japan. The film is set during the 1950s after Germany left Japan and the post-war government deals with anti-government riots and terrorism.
