One of the main protagonists of [[Steel Ball Run]], alongside [[Johnny Joestar]]. A competitor in the Steel Ball Run race, he possesses control over a mysterious ability known as the [i]Spin[/i]. Bearing similarities to the [i]Hamon[/i] martial art from [[JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken]] Parts 1 and 2, it allows Gyro to imbue a powerful rotational force on the pair of steel balls he uses as weapons. Distinctive traits include his [[long hair]], a wide-brimmed [[hat]] with long slits in it, golden teeth reading "GO!GO! ZEPPELI", and a [[beard]] made from square patches of hair.
