He is a Transient come to Tokyo from the world called Kitezh. Ice crystals float around him in response to his Sacred Artifact. It becomes like a tent that brings forth the darkness of the night and a blanket of cold. He can also change the structure of the ice crystals at will, turning them into scythes or armor that he can wears. If is anyone would brave the mountain against all odds to challenge him, even if they were to heroically defeat him, he would afford them the utmost respect. h4.
