In this appearance, Crypto has [[undercut]] [[blonde hair]] worn in [[tied hair|tied]] [[cornrows]], a [[bandaid on stomach|bandaid on his stomach]], and wears [[grey pants]], [[purple footwear|purple]] [[sneakers]], [[sunglasses]], a [[gold chain]] and an [[open jacket|open]] [[multicolored jacket]] exposing his [[bare pectorals]].

For Season 12's anniversary event, [[Mirage (apex legends)|]] and [[Wattson (apex legends)|]] recieved new legendary skins based on Hype Beast ([[Lit Witt Mirage|Lit Witt]] and [[Thunder Kitty Wattson|Thunder Kitty]] respectively). This in turn prompted a trend of artists drawing their own interpretations of Hype Beast-inspired skins for the rest of the legends.
