[i]Scirocco[/i] (named after the southeasterly wind of the Mediterranean) is the fourth and final ship of the [i]Maestrale[/i]-class, both in formal ranking and release order in [i][[Kantai Collection]][/i]. She wears the same white [[sleeveless_dress|sleeveless]] [[sailor dress]] with red and green stripes as her other classmates with the main differences being her call sign ("SC"). Her neckerchief is also undone. Her machinery is identical to her sisters. The hat is decorated with small hydrangea blossoms (?). She has [[short_hair|short]] [[black hair]] (with the tips fading to a lighter gray) in [[two side up]] and a [[braid]], decorated with several thin pink ribbons, a few being interlaced in her braid, as well as a hairclip in the same pink. She also has [[black eyes]] and almost uniformly [[tan]]ned skin, missing only the palms of her hands and the soles of her feet.. Also conspicuous is a [[mole_under_eye|small mole under her right eye]]. She always looks [[sleepy]], [[yawning]] in her normal portrait and [[rubbing_eyes|rubbing her eyes]] in her damaged one. Like several others, she is also a victim of [[namesake]] jokes before her full reveal, in her case beng associated with [[Paptimus Scirocco]] (especially the [[watermelon bar]] connection), [[Blackwing Sirocco the Dawn]], and the [[Volkswagen]] Scirocco. h4.
