Kinugasa is an energetic girl of stereotypical high school girl style, but like many of the energetic destroyers or cruisers, she is mostly known (if she is known at all) as Aoba's less-popular younger sister, and is generally only seen in Aoba's company. She has [[grey_hair|grey]]-[[pink hair]] tied up in [[short twintails]] with a pair of [[hair tie]]s, and [[green eyes]] in [[tsurime]] style. She wears a standard [[serafuku]] with a yellow [[necktie]], a [[belt]], and dark brown [[thighhighs]]. When under medium damage, it is revealed she wears a [[yellow bra]] and [[side-tie panties]]. Her [[machinery|combat gear]] includes twin-[[cannon]] [[turret]]s in each hand, the left significantly taller than the right, as well as a third turret strapped to her left thigh. Strapped to her back like a backpack is a miniature replica of the original ship's bridge, with a [[crane (machine)|]] hanging off the back. h4.
